About the program
The Think, Eat and Move program is an 8-week online health coaching program designed to empower teenagers to better manage their health through education around healthy eating and physical activity.
Across 8x 1-2 hour blocks you will develop a range of healthy habits including getting active, learning about health portions and more!
The Think, Eat and Move program is evidence-based and delivered by health professionals who are passionate about empowering young Australians to make healthy changes in their lives.
