Overnight Oats

Serves: 3 Overnight Oats

Prep time: 15 mins 

Cooking time: Overnight

Ingredients: 

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup reduced fat milk or calcium fortified
soy milk
¼cup reduced fat yogurt

Method: 

  1. Whisk milk and yogurt together
  2. Mix with oats until well combined.
  3. Place bowl in the fridge overnight.
  4. Distribute oats into a jar or bowl.
  5. Top with your fruit of choice.

Topping ideas

1/2 cup chopped strawberries

1 banana chopped

OR

1 Cup tropical fruit chunks in natural juice (drain juice)
