Homemade muesli
Make your own muesli at home, perfect for serving with fruit and yoghurt.
Serves: 6
Prep time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped unsalted mixed nuts
1 cup mixed seeds (e.g. sunflower, seeds, lin seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds)
1/2 cup chopped dried fruit (pitted dates, sultana, coconut, cranberry)
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
Serve with reduced fat milk or yoghurt.
