We offer flexible coaching formats to suit different levels of engagement:
Brief Intervention
A one-off 30-minute coaching session focused on goal identification, tailored advice, and linkage to local services. Ideal for light-touch support or early engagement. Includes a short onboarding process and access to free education resources
Intensive Coaching Streams
Structured packages of 3 to 10 sessions delivered over weeks or months. These streams offer deeper support for behaviour change, health literacy, and wellbeing. Participants receive continuity with the same coach, personalised action plans, and optional peer forums
Customised Programs
We can build bespoke packages for specific populations (e.g. youth, families, regional communities) or integrate coaching into broader health initiatives. Our team works with you to align delivery with referral pathways, service contexts, and reporting needs

Outcomes
Our current funders and programs
Through our partnership with WA Health, we deliver the Better Health Coaching Service (WA), Better Health Program and The Active8 Program supporting families and adults across Western Australia to improve their health behaviours through personalised coaching.
In collaboration with Preventive Health SA, we deliver Better Health Coaching Service a tailored coaching program for eligible adults across South Australia, focused on sustainable lifestyle change.
Our work with NSW Health includes delivering health coaching through programs like Go4Fun, which combines personalised phone coaching with interactive e-learning for families across New South Wales. These services are designed to be inclusive, culturally responsive, and accessible to rural and remote communities
These programs demonstrate our ability to work hand-in-hand with funders to design, localise, and deliver measurable outcomes across diverse populations.

Frequently asked questions
What qualifications do your health coaches have?
Do you offer telehealth, or in-person coaching?
Our standard delivery is via telehealth coaching (phone or video), which allows us to reach participants across Australia, including rural and remote areas. In-person options may be available depending on the funding arrangements and location.
How long are appointments?
Sessions are typically 30 minutes. The exact format may vary depending on the coaching stream or funding arrangement.
How many appointments do you recommend for a noticeable change?
We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions for meaningful behaviour change, with our intensive streams offering up to 10 sessions for deeper support. However, even a single brief intervention can provide valuable guidance and motivation.
Do you link in with GPs or other health professionals and provide referrals?
Yes. Our coaches can indirectly refer participants to local services, specialists, or allied health professionals as needed. We also encourage participants to share their coaching goals and progress with their GP.
What is the scope of a health coach?
Health coaches support participants in setting and achieving lifestyle goals related to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mindfulness, alcohol intake, smoking and stress management. They do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medical treatments.
Do health coaches interpret medical advice or blood tests?
No. Health coaches do not interpret medical results or provide clinical advice. Participants are encouraged to discuss medical findings with their GP or specialist.
Do you offer interpreting services?
Yes. We work with interpreting services to support participants who speak languages other than English. Availability depends on the funding arrangement and jurisdiction of the program.
Is your health coaching service suitable for Aboriginal communities?
Yes. We aim to employ a diverse team of health coaches, including individuals who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. This ensures First Nations clients have the option to connect with coaches who share their cultural identity, if they prefer. We always take their lead on how they would like to engage with the service.
