Breakfast banana split
Treat yourself to a nutritious breakfast banana split.
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
¾ cup low fat yoghurt
¼ cup wholegrain muesli
1 medium banana
Fruit of your choice e.g. mixed berries, kiwi, apricot
Method:
Peel banana and cut down the centre lengthways, place along the edges of a bowl
Pour yoghurt in the centre between the two halves of banana
Top with the muesli and fruit of your choice
